The Sustainable Energy Council are committed to ensuring the safety of every single attendee at our events. The World Energy Storage 2023 is set to take place in Rotterdam. We continue to liaise with the Government and the Rotterdam Ahoy and will follow all guidance set out by them.

Cleaning & hygiene
All surfaces at World Energy Storage 2023 are treated with high-grade disinfectants. The most frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected at regular intervals.
Hand hygiene
Hand sanitiser stations will be available throughout the exhibition floor and registration. Please make use of them regularly during the day!
Contactless registration
To limit physical contact and time spent at the registration desk, make sure you register online before the event and bring the QR Code that will be provided by email.
Face masks
Even though it might no longer be mandatory to wear a face mask indoors, we strongly encourage you to still bring your own. If you forget your mask, please approach any one of the event staff onsite.
Social distancing and crowd management
Currently in the Netherlands there are no longer social distancing or crowd management restrictions for trade fairs and conferences. Should this change, our measures will be adapted according to government & venue guidelines. (i.e: the reinstating of the 1.5m social distancing, crowd control, maximum capacities in rooms, one-way aisles and directional walkways etc.)
Stay home if you feel ill
Finally, as much as we want to see you at World Energy Storage 2023, we kindly ask you to respect everyone’s health and safety. If you feel at all ill – including mild cold symptoms or a high temperature – please stay at home.
